"This place is right down the street from my job. I wish it wasn't as pricey so I could come more often. I've been here prob 4-5 times and always had a good experience. It's not been too busy and food comes out relatively quick. I do like the food and never left hungry. I would say you'll spend $25 per person easy."

"I come to lena when I have a taste for seafood, which for me always lures the fried fish it is basa . I get the food order and it is always....did, they hear me? always hot, fresh, perfectly fritted with a light cripple and oh so good. I ask for crispy pieces and they never disappoint fresh and taste. they also get a nice part. they have the b-e-s-t-mac and be in this part of the city, their greens are bombed, I even have the sukcotash of a day and it was also delicious! can’t be wrong with lena’s "

"My husband and I attended the BBQ 101 class at this restaurant yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing! I cannot praise it enough. The dinner alone was worth the cost of the class. They guide you through prep, cooking, and everything in between. The group size was just right - enough people for enjoyable conversation, but small enough for individual attention and questions. The best part was getting to eat everything we made. They provide tips for backyard cooking as well as for competition. They even give you a tour of their facility to show you how everything works. You leave with a brochure full of recipes and instructions, as well as a bag of goodies. The father-son team who led the class were incredibly friendly, answered all our questions, and even invited us to visit during competitions. They were the best trainers we could have asked for. This class is well worth the money and time, whether you want to compete or just improve your family meals. If they ever offer an advanced class, count me in! Absolutely amazing!"

"Unbelievably the best, hands down barbeque I have ever eaten and I'm from Kansas City, notorious for exceptional BBQ. This place far exceeds any smoked delectibles I have sampled to date. In fact, upon last visit, I ate everything on my plate and went back to the counter and got a second plate, it was that good!!! Plus they have several varieties of BBQ sauce to suit your tastes, as well. The place also has a distictive unique character, with police, fire dept, military service artifacts, pictures, and memorabilia decorating the place. And at certain points all patrons are encouraged to stand and observe the USA national anthem. If you are a veteran, or know anyone who has served, this place might be a treat or at least a special place to show gratitude to them for their service. Aside from that, the apple cobbler is life changing and so delicious, it's a certainty that after eating here you'll become a regular after the first visit. Thank me later! So good!!!"
