"continue to try to give this restaurant a chance, but in any case to agree with other reviews that it feels that the culture here is only so carefree and not pro customer. ordered online and when I got to the drive thru, I was told that their online system for a few weeks down. they asked for an email confirmation, but all I had received was a message from my bank that the accused was thru. They did my order, but I had to wait and I was told I should not order online instead of repairing it. they said they are a third party and there is nothing they can do."

"Friday 22nd 2022 a small group of friends and I came to this place for a quick meal we went to Din in. We ordered our food that my brother was charged twice, which he did not notice. We set up the gentleman Victor with tattoos that helped us. He immediately caught his mistake and brought him to our attention He was honest, my brother was refunded, I got my meal, but it wasn't the right one. The winner stepped up again, made my order even fresh! I was impressed. He was up and honest, respectful. Great customer service. You were really busy! All the people who were there wanted to get orders."

"Carl's Jr is not close to our house, so we are rarely visitors. I was pleasantly surprised. We have different Burger menus. The burgers were fuller than most fast food places. The rolls were fresh and not crushed. Meat tasted fresh and the spices were a good compliment. If I'm on my way and want food burgers quickly, I'm going to look for a Carl's Jr."

"This Carl's Jr. has always done a good job by me. Fast service. Polite. Food hot and tasty. And since I had a buy-one-get-one coupon, she was right in top of it, asking the right questions. The only problem is... I can't understand why they won't allow dine-in seating, like Taco Bell and Subway have been. They are set up for it in the dining room, but then won't allow it. I now go to Taco Bell and Subway 4 to 1 over Carl's Jr, even though I like Carl's Jr better. I enjoy the chance to sit down, relax, and enjoy my meal that much! Can't do it at Carl's Jr, though! I also like having have a chance to refill my soda. $2.50 or more for a soda and no chance to refill it? Taco Bell and Subway let me. So c'mon!"

"I rarely order from Carls Jr because it is very expensive. However, when I do decide to order, I typically enjoy the fried zucchini, which unfortunately seems to no longer be on the menu. This time, I ordered the Waffle Fries. I was extremely disappointed when I received a bag of cold, rubbery fries. For the price of $27.96 for a Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich and subpar fries, it was quite shameful. The food should have been amazing, hot, and fresh considering the high prices charged by Carls Jr. If the employees do not care enough to ensure that the food is served in a proper manner, they should be replaced with ones who do. Carls Jr has been serving the community in Morgan Hill for over 40 years, and it is surprising that they do not take more pride in their food and service. They should strive to do better for their customers."
