"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant and it's my top choice. The owner bears an uncanny resemblance to John Cena! I tried to tip with coins, but noticed the tip line was empty at the entrance. I was about to take my quarter back when the owner swiftly grabbed it. That encounter made me a bit reserved, but overall, it turned out to be a great situation. I've ordered from here for three years and they've never made a mistake with my pick-up or delivery orders. Everyone except the owner was wearing a mask, and the drivers were seated at a table while other staff were in the back. I did feel a little overlooked, but in the grand scheme of things, it didn’t really matter. I've been a loyal customer since 2017 and have never encountered any issues. They consistently deliver on time, whether I place my order over the phone or through their website. They even show you your pizza before you leave. I highly recommend this place!"

"My boyfriend and I decided to take my 2 year old son here to get pizza. Never been to a Marcos pizza before but thought we try it. Whoever was at the front taking orders wasn?t very friendly at all. Ordered two pizzas and went across to the gas station to get fountain drinks. Came back and sat down to wait and eat inside. She brings the pizza to us and then states we cannot eat inside because we had ?outside food? in the restaurant and it was policy. Made us leave with my 2 year old. Mind you we were vacationing and had just checked out of our house. We just wanted to eat our pizza in air conditioning. But instead she didn?t want anyone in her lobby and kicked us out over DRINKS. If I buy from your restaurant I should be able to eat inside. We had no ?outside food?. Extremely rude."

"My mother loves Marco's Pizza because it is one of the few places that makes pizza to her liking, but my experience with this location today will be the last. My mom and I ordered some pizzas to celebrate her birthday, and we received the wrong food and an attitude from one of the employees. We ordered a thin crust pizza with no cheese (as my mom can't have excess dairy) and received a thick crust pizza with mozzarella on it. When she called to make a complaint about the incorrect order and to see what could be done, the associate Jacob began an attitude with her. He repeatedly interrupted my mother to say he knows what was on the pizza because he took the order himself, and then proceeded to snicker when she said that he'd ruined her birthday lunch. We had to ask him for both his name and the name of his manager at least six times before he would comply. They're pizza is good but this service was horrible, I don't recommend this location. Hopefully management will deal with this associate, Jacob, accordingly for his poor treatment of customers and lack of professional customer service over the phone."

"My family has purchased pizza here almost every Friday since they opened. When this place opened and for the first three years or so it was the best chain pizza around IMO. They had an awesome crew and the manger (Blaze) always greeted us by name when we called or came in. Over the last year and a half Marco's 242 has quickly gone down hill. The orders are consistently incorrectly prepared, undercooked, overcooked or drenched in sauce. We stopped ordering from Dominos and Pizza Hut for the same reasons. I no longer see a reason in paying a little more for the Marcos and I guess we'll give the big chains another try.I should add the delivery crew is always polite and professional."

"So disappointing it was my first time ordering pizza from this place to be delivered to Altitude in Killeen and after biting into the pizza there was a hair baked inside the pizza and we were all so grossed out. I called up to the place and asked for a full refund and they said they would only discount what we gave back which is so inappropriate. When the carrier came back for the pizza, I asked them for a full refund and they told me I wasnt even allowed to order the pizza without Altitudes involvement and instead of being proactive with refunding my order because of the unsanitary hair baked food, they made it a point to let me know their contract was in danger of being violated."

"Great food and service. Stopd in the evening from 12/29 after driving from Philadelphia. Ms. working alone with glasses (forget her name) was very nice to explain the menu, as there are no Marcos in our area and was also extremely helpful in answering questions about the New Orleans area. 10/10 would recommend"
