"Quality fried food joint that is local to its core. Things are cooked fresh so could take 15 minutes for your order. Has definite charm I can respect being new to the area in a rapidly gentrifying Oakland. Definitely a go to spot for a Fried food fix."

"We have eaten here before but there seems to be new personnel. I ordered 6 wings (medium) and four shrimp. The wings had no heat at all and the shrimp were extremely overcooked. My wife got the House Fried Rice. The meat was overcooked and the rice was undercooked. Not good all the way around."
