"I agree with the owner and his son's attitude towards customers—it's quite off-putting! The food is really good, but the son's attitude is extremely frustrating. He acts like you're lucky to be served, giving off a strong sense of entitlement. I wish someone would open a franchise in Eugene so we wouldn't have to return to that place! It's a shame because the food is excellent, but I really dislike spending my money at a place with such poor customer service."
