"Since there are no Chinese restaurants in West Jefferson, NC that we would consider good, we decided to try this one located 25 minutes from our home, and we were very impressed. The staff was extremely friendly, and almost everything was freshly made and cooked right in front of us. We will definitely keep returning, even with the drive. Well done! "Today, September 30, 2020, I placed and received my third order from Chang Jiang on Gammon Rd in Madison, WI. My food arrived within the expected time frame, and the delivery driver was kind enough to call me and let me know that my no-contact order was waiting on the patio. The food was prepared with the delicious and precise craftsmanship I’ve come to expect from the chefs at Chang Jiang. The packaging was also excellent. This restaurant earns a double five-star rating from this satisfied customer, and I highly recommend it as a fantastic source of top-quality food and service. Even their online ordering system is outstanding!"

"First time I ordered from here and will be the only place I get Chinese from again. First, my favorite comfort food is egg foo young. Most places do not make it anymore and if do, just not good. New China is SO GOOD The egg foo young took me back decades to place my dad took me to in L.A. China Town and when it became my favorite comfort food. So traditional, fresh, Perfect. ONLY place I have eaten at in years, years where the dumplings, pot stickers are Made Fresh and sooooo good. They also have a website. You can register and place your order online, get a confirmation with time it will be ready and it was ready! I only post when product and service are outstanding. New China is outstanding! They are tucked in the cove of the strip mall behind the Casey's. If not familiar will need to look for them but once you find them and eat there you will not forget."

"China park is located on cypress gardens boulevard in the same shopping center as Burger King. I was disappointed they didn’t have orange beef which is my favorite dish which I use to compare other Chinese restaurants. Their website is in Chinese which is useless. The food is average compared to other Chinese offerings in the area."

"The shorter black haired waitress with black glasses was very rude for the entire time of our meal. She started by taking my wife's order wrong then scoffing and walking away. Our meal was brought to the table in pieces so we had the choice of either hot egg rolls now or cold egg rolls with our meal. Overall, after the way she acted I was not happy with the service. I was going to split the tip 1/2 on my card and 1/2 in cash. She came to take the receipt and openly chastised me for only leaving a 3 dollar tip as I had my wallet in hand to ask her to break a 20 dollar bill. She takes 5 dollars from the 20 and walks away now leaving 8 dollars when I was going to leave 6 due to the sub par service and disrespect to my wife. The gall... I let it go as to not loose my own dignity infront of my wife over 2 dollars but that is blatantly unacceptable. To scoff at my wife, give sub par service, then complain about the tip based off your own actions is mind boggling. I remember them at their Brookpark location and the food is just as excellent as it always has been. The service today was disgusting and deciding her own tip is nearly theft."

"The presentation was clean, I didn't see what these low reviews are about. I'm a sushi connoisseur, and I never found sushi served in a Chinese restaurant good. So, no stars for the bubble Sushi pulled off because it was for the course. Here is the good part: the hot food is delicious! The fried dumplings and the diving sauce are superior. I tried the majority of the courts and they all let me close my eyes and pamper my senses to the maximum. I didn't try the Hibachi grill because the line was a bit long, and I was busy daring everything else."

"Honestly WORST customer service EVER. Lady made us wait 15 mins just to put in our order and we repeatedly repeated our order 5 times to her confirmed with her to make sure she put in the correct items that we wanted and she said yes it was the right one. ONLY to then be told she put in the wrong order after waiting 30 mins for our food. LIKE WHAT?!?!? She did not apologize at all and was not sorry for messing up our order. She only said it was too late the kitchen already made the order that was not what we wanted. I will never come back."

"This is our go-to Thai place. Since Covid we have used them for take-out a couple times a month. They are always quick. They serve good portions. The food is great. Everyone in our house has different tastes, and I can say from the spring rolls, to the drunken noodles, everything is excellent."

"I attempted to try a different Chinese place than I normally do. I order General T’so chicken lunch with a side of shrimp fried rice two spring rolls and an egg roll. The only thing that good was the egg rolls. I go to bite the chicken it is shrimp not what I ordered. I was charged 45.20 which was way over priced and not worth the money or time.I also noticed while waiting for my food a man who worked at the establishment walked in from outside and didn’t wash his hand before going to relieve the woman cooking food. I do not recommend going here at all. It was horrible experience."
