"I like the location of this Jersey Mike Store for its convenience. It is close to other fast foods and coffee shops, go quickly to grab and lunch. I went here to my birthday coupon (for the people who do not yet know you will get a free sandwich for your birthday when you register in the app). I have an article in her secret menu that has turkey and cheese (Cuz I like turkey), fresh salad, tomato slices and all her sauces except onion. I don't remember the name of the sandwich, but you can ask for the name. The well drinks are included in the voucher. I've chosen Cola for sure, it's all right. I also have a bag of chips I want to buy as a thank you for the treatment of me the meal, but the guy in there was so nice to give me free! I'll come back to buy more sandwiches and some snacks for my friends to return."

"Rolling through from out of town and we LOVE JMs. Wife ordered on my app while I was driving in plenty of time to roll in and grab from the pickup order rack and get back on road. Walked in 2 mins before proposed pickup time. Nothing on rack. Waiting a solid 5 mins past pickup time without seeing any activity toward rack. Finally noticed someone walk in and up to counter any grab order so I did the same. Opened by this time lukewarm sandwich. Wasn’t cut in 1/2 as request in order from app. Took it back up to ask ee to cut in 1/2. Said they would give me a knife and I declined. Sando was delicious. No note on pickup rack alerting customers not from around here to pick up at counter and not cut in half as requestedbush league. Do better."

"I had to go yesterday in two separate times (August 8.). During the first visit in the morning the young man was extremely polite and made a fantastic sub. I was absolutely enthusiastic about the product and customer service. But when I arrived later this evening, I had a completely different experience. The young lady was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. The product was sloppy and thrown together. If not for the first experience with the young man, I would have rated 1 star. I would still recommend, but be careful who you get to make your sub!"

"Always go here when I'm in the area. I don't get anything fancy but the turkey provolone sandwich they make is bomb! The staff are helpful. The ambiance feels chill.What I like about their Turkey provolone sandwich is that it hits the spot but doesn't fill you up to the point that you get sleepy or lazy. Comes with turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and if you get it mikes way they add olive oil, red wine vinegar or something similar to it, salt, pepper and oregano or Italian herbs. One of the best fast foods in my opinion!"

"I just drove here from New Brighton because when I googled the location hours in in Fridley it states 9pm. I arrived at 8:36pm. The entrance door was locked with 3 customers inside placing their ordered and 3 workers making sandwiches. One customer came out and stated “oh he’s coming to let you in, however when the worker came he stated I could not place an order, by this time there is four of us waiting to place an order. The worker then goes on to say “ if I allow you all to order I will be here til 10pm because we’ve been busy since 8pm. I will never come back to this location!"

"My search for a great Philly cheesesteak led me to Jersey Mike?s today. I arrived over the lunch hour and the line was nearly to the door. Staff were obviously well trained and worked quickly to get everyone through. I ordered a large standard cheesesteak sandwich for my daughter and I to split and a regular chicken Philly with bacon and ranch for my other daughter, a small bag of Cheetos, and drank water for a total of $24.00. The large sandwich is approximately 12 inches long with a substantial amount of meat with melted provolone, onions, and green peppers. The melted provolone and juice from the meat drip down your chin as you attempt to devour it and the rosemary bread was perfectly toasted. This was the closest I have found to the real deal in Iowa and I will definitely be back for more."

"Me and my boyfriend love Jersey mike and this is our first time at this location. The Customer service so baddddd, on the top of that, the server is very racist to a black person and give you the dirty look. like they don’t welcome you at all. And they not every busy. They will ignore me when I tell them the ice tea is empty. When I literally ask for ice tea when i order a drink and the cashier says it’s on the side where the beverage at but it’s empty. "I like the food at Jersey Mike's, but I think that they are more expensive than other sandwich shops similar to them. I like the options that they have for people who don't eat bread and this time the person who made my bowl offered me lettuce to put under the meat cheese and veggies and while I appreciated the addition they only serve iceberg lettuce which I am not as crazy about. They are limited on the toppings that they offer. It tasted really good, but kind of a small portion for the price. My son enjoyed his sandwich!"

"Hello everybody, I am changing my original post of 4 stars to 5 stars. At 1st I really liked the sandwidges, but I didn't feel like they had enough toppings to put on the sandwiches. However, I would like to say that the way to judge any restaurant is by the quality of the food and the customer service. I went back today and ordered one of the Turkey sandwiches with cheese, onions, lettuce, and added on avocado and it was superb. I also felt that the customer service person, Tyler, was really good. He was so friendly and went over all the different sandwiches and hooked me up with this amazing Turkey sandwich and I must say that he exemplifies perfect customer service, and the sandwich was outstanding. So this reviewer is giving this place 5 well deserved stars. Thx Tyler and Jersey Mikes."

"Working and smiling and cranking out the best sub sandwich in town. We got two foot-longs: one steak with grilled peppers and onions substituted provolone for the standard white American cheese, and 1 with each cold-cut available and provolone. The bread was superb with a subtle crunch in the crust and perfect texture inside. The fresh veggies and Mike's spice added brightness to the taste making this meal well worth the drive. I also loved the Agave soft drink to top off the experience. Thank you for your support of the Special Olympics !!!!"
