"Today's experience was terrible. We ordered a family dinner from the app (4 Burger, 4 Pommes, 10pc Nugget). We used the free delivery available for this weekend. Once it was delivered, we opened the bag (which was sealed) we noticed our or was shortened. I thought I could call the store and ask you to send us the rest of our order. Not so easy. You call the number you need to jump through the automated menu system (which considers it necessary that you download the app usage), only to finally choose an order. I will finally talk to someone who informs them that our order placed on the app has been shortened. She asks me to stop me so that she could get herself from Door Dash (the company that delivered it), but it was 'the delivery service's problem because our bag was sealed only 't through the store completed! I was willing to talk to Door Dash about the solution to the problem. After talking to 3 people from Door Dash, they told me that it was the problem/the mistakes of the shops, they also went on to contact the store. They had the same problem that I could not contact them to solve the problem. So our order is still abbreviated, it was quite lengthy terrible experience. Do not order from the app have delivered it... because if your order is wrong, there is no way to talk to someone about it, repair it."
