"I ordered through DoorDash and they gave me the wrong order and when I called back the manager yelled at me and was trying to cut me off as I was trying to explain to her what was going on with my order. 1. If you can’t take accountability for your store mistake then close shop 2. Make the customer the correct order instead of trying to just offer a refund maybe I just want the food I order this clearly says a lot about the customer service skills that are lacking. 3. "2 stars overall because food deserves 4 stars but service is horrible. I'll never order there again. Last 2 times I ordered, my delivery showed up half hour and 40 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. If you live in an apt building, the driverwill call you and ask you to come down. What am I tipping and paying delivery fee for? Everyone else delievers to the apartment."

"This food is cooked with love.. I have been to fancy Chinese restaurants and hole in the wall Chinese restaurants.. this Panda Delight is the best out of all of them.. Dad is the cook.. and the kind little woman behind the counter is very pleasant to speak to.. always a perfect order always delicious and always on time...
