"I sat outside… Its 35 degrees here at night so why do they have an enclosed outside seating with a giant gapping hole/window at the top, i do not know. They also lost a star because a table who got seated 10 mins after I ordered my food got their food before me. I waited a total of about 40 mins for my food. The chicken skins were unfortunately burnt. The seafood ramen was really good, and the takoyaki. I will try going here one more time but maybe during the day. Street parking"
