"My friends and I came here yesterday to hang around. Not even 5 minutes after I arrived, I rose up to use the bathroom and out of the nothingness where the bar tender Alicia came into my face and claimed that I was the **** from 3 days ago that she had quit for a fake ID. I was blind and shocked that she spoke to me in this mansion. She cried and cried out as if I had done something wrong. She urged me to go and even involved the bouncer. Take care of yourself. I was definitely not the girl she was looking for. I told her respectfully that she had the wrong person, but she was stubborn to leave me. I didn't even drink; just there to meet some friends before we went to another place. I was the driver at the time. Did I never believe to go in only (so I didn't think to bring it with me) , including last night; and now I suddenly flew out? Never mind. I went without a question because there was no point in argumenting in my favor. It wasn't worth my time trying to prove that I wasn't that girl. After that she came down, had another bar bid on the table and asked for ID when they had already shown her at the bar to get a drink. She was very kind and apologized for the knowledge that her behavior was ridiculous. When my friends went to close their tabs Alicia charged them $14 for two $4 beer. Well, I'm usually not the type to write a review, especially a poor one, but that was the hands down the worst customer service I've ever seen. I do not understand how to work with so few people skills in the service industry is allowed. I've been working in a bar for 3 years, and I'd never think of talking this way to a customer, regardless of the situation / question to hand. Tap on room, your management and your staff need to bring it together. I expect 100% an apology for your institution and your workers. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. Let me live if you want because I'm never back."
