"Went in to have lunch and was craving a tuna sandwich. The young man behind the counter informed me they were out. I then selected a chicken Caesar salad and my husband ordered a sandwich with chips. We both had a soda. Came to over $35. Then the 2 young men behind stood and talked while we waited for sandwich. My salad had just a little bit of dressing in the container. Wasn't even half full. I asked for more and they said there wasn't anymore. Apparently the normal chef makes everything and he wasn't there so they didn't have it. Why would you run a business and only have 1 person able to make stuff. They have lost my business even if it is convenient for me."

"For lunch today, my wife ordered a BLT sandwich. As prepared it contained only B [bacon obviously] but no lettuce or tomato. A $14 bread and bacon meal isn 't something we will ever want to repeat ... here or anywhere else for that matter. Perhaps it can be blamed on the automated ordering system but that really doesn 't explain how a BLT could turn out to be a B ."
