"I came here to send a box of winter clothes and shoes to a friend whose house has just burned down. She lost her fiancé and one of her dogs to the fire as well. Literally everything. The manager overheard me and UPS covered the shipping. I would have paid anything, but I am so touched by their kindness. I have always come to this UPS even though it’s not the closest to my house because they are quick and knowledgeable and I will continue to come here because of their humanity."
