They never mess up my order, the staff is wonderful and personable. The people complaining are the type of people who ruin the ambiance of the store with their own entitlement and immaturity. "What an amazing find in the neighborhood! I had the pleasure of dining here based on the recommendations from OpenTable. My husband ordered the brisket dinner and I chose the BBQ platter, both of which were delicious. I recommend asking your server for extra BBQ sauce, as it really enhances the flavor. The mashed potatoes and fries were both tasty, and the tropical slaw was a refreshing twist on traditional cole slaw. I give this restaurant a thumbs up. Additionally, Tuesday night is Trivia night, which added to the fun atmosphere of the evening. Overall, a fantastic place that I would highly recommend."

"I went on June 19, a few days after things were set to reopen in California following COVID restrictions, which may explain some of the disappointing aspects of the experience. There were only two other tables occupied in the time I was there (despite ample seating), but there were at least 3 people on wait staff. The food I tried was pretty good, but the dish they served it in was chipped and had a small smudge on it (that I wiped off before taking pictures). A fly landed on me while I was sitting in the dining area. The interior, including the bathrooms, were functional but not exactly what you’d expect for the price. "We are new to the town and thought of trying to local Mexican restaurant and ended up to this amazing female owned restaurant. The food was amazing and so is the owner. She personally was going to each table and making sure that everyone is getting better service. We definitely would visit this place often. And yes if you’re a vegetarian just like us this the place, coz they have wide range of vegetarian options too. Stephany is our all time favorite hostess and she always make us feel like home."

"I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Buffalo sandwich, which had a perfectly fried large chicken breast, served with a side of delicious homemade ranch and fries. It was a great choice for dinner. The price per person was between $20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch, with plenty of parking available in the free parking garage."

"Sushi Corner, what can I say, sushi goodness! Fresh fish, yummy rolls, quick and awesome service, decent prices. I usually don't leave LA for sushi but I would make an exception to drive to Glendale for Sushi Corner. There's a sushi bar for your quick lunches, there's plenty of parking and make sure to check on reservations if you have a big party. Looking forward to my next sushi dinner at the Corner. "The other day, my friend invited me to lunch at Ortega's: A Mexican Bistro, in Hillcrest. It was an awesome experience. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of limited parking and exorbitant prices. It's a quaint little Bistro; when you arrive you are greeted and seated. You can dine indoors, or out on the patio. We chose to eat outside. They start you off with homemade tortilla chips and fresh salsa. I had a coke, and my friend had an ice tea. My friend ordered a Cesar's Salad, and I ordered two Baja Steak tacos. The food was superb, but on the pricey side. $19.75 for two tacos). All in all, if you want tasty, authentic Mexican cuisine and you're near Hillcrest, stop by Ortega's."

"Reservation was at 1:15, didnt get seated until 2. Didnt have any interaction with wait staff for at least 10 minutes. No water, no greeting. Informed of allergy, ordered food without sauce that had allergen. Received food with specified allergy around 50 minutes after waiting for food. Waited an additional 15-20 minutes for the food to be remade. This was an anniversary brunch. I didnt get to eat with my wife. And we had another engagement at 3:45, therefore I rushed to eat the food. Was highly disappointed, though I come from the service industry and understand mistakes happen. Unfortunately this experience was not worth the wait, or the price. Furthermore, I was excited to experience the ambience, only to learn we were unable to get a table inside. Again, it was disappointing."

"Had breakfast at the World Famous Tally's Good Food Café this morning. 1000/10 highly recommend. Portions are huge, but so are the booths, so everyone can enjoy the grub. It’s a Route 66 must-have while traveling through Tulsa. For me: Tally’s World-Famous Chicken Fried Steak and eggs, gravy, extra crispy hash browns (just the way I like them), and English muffin. For Harry: the “Everything Omelet” with home style potatoes and toast. The menu is your (not-so) average diner fare with so many options to choose from. Didn’t have the room for one if their legendary cinnamon rolls, but if you do, GET ONE! My only suggestion is that they season the CFS a little better, but that wasn't a dealbreaker. Our server, Nicole, was awesome!"
