"I 'd give this place negative 5 stars if it were possible. Waitstaff are lacking common sense and manners. My little son wanted to eat here after a grueling black belt test. He was so excited. The matre 'd informs the wait will be 10 minutes. However, 40 minutes later and we 're still waiting. A long wait at a restaurant isn 't out of the question. However, no one has checked in with us, and we 're the only people waiting. 6 people walk in and are seated immediately. Ok, still fine. Finally I ask the matre 'd what 's going on, and the matre 'd becomes accusatory saying you can see it 's full! Not the response I was expecting. I would have been satisfied with the standard response apologies, but a table still hasn 't opened up blah blah blah. I would have been more satisfied if the matre 'd had popped by at least once to let us know of a new timeline other than 10 minutes. Remember, there were no other people waiting other than my family. It wasn 't crazy hectic inside. It wasn 't like it was easy to miss us. We were patient and a question is answered with a terse, snarky remark. Bedside manners are sorely lacking here. Btw the matre 'd/waitress was there between 6-9pm on Saturday night at the forest hills location. Circular glasses. One bad waitress soured me and the wife from ever returning."
