"So I have never had a problem with Mali Thai. Other than the occasional dry Pad Thai or when I ask for the spice to be hot…it’s not, but overall the food is always good and the people are always nice. However, today I called in an order and when I arrived the lady asked me my name, I tell her and she said, “ what?” with a frown and a slight attitude, not…I’m sorry what did you say, can you repeat that, etc. Then I asked for soy sauce and she gives me my total, which was different from what I was told over the phone. When I mentioned this, she says she charged me for soy sauce. I told her I’ve never been charged before, she then says…one is free, but not three. Mind you, this is the first time I’ve asked for a specific amount and they usually give me two packets. A very different experience than I’ve ever had so that’s why I gave 2 stars."
