"I was recently treated by a surprise birthday party at Josephine’s Downtown. The service was impeccable, no one waited for cocktails or dinners. The food presentation was spectacular, everything delicious and gaining many compliments from our guests. My favorite, the crab cakes were absolutely perfect. Some people got the rack of lamb and I was told that it was delicious and presented as beautiful standing racks. The decor is so glamorous, black and white photos of Hollywood stars mixed with gold fixtures. Josephine’s is gaining on being the best restaurant in Lancaster."
