"The quality of service has really gone downhill at this place over the last year or so. I've always enjoyed eating at Rudy's as I've traveled through Texas and New Mexico and Arizona since I first discovered it 20 years ago. I've been coming to this location in Goodyear, since it opened, mainly for breakfast tacos, or breakfast bowl. I just ordered a breakfast bowl and specifically said I want a Rudy's beans and of course the idiot girl wearing the mask at the cash register gave me refried beans! It shouldn't be that hard to listen to what the customer says and get it right. I think I'm gonna start going elsewhere for breakfast when I'm in this direction. The part that most disappointing is, I know the general manager is been the same person since the place first opened as you commonly see him walking around here helping and keeping an ion things. I know it's a difficult labor market, but to me, this goes back to training."
