"The food was excellent; the owner Mariah was rude. I simply asked if the retried beans included lard because my wife does not like it. Instead of a simple yes or no, I received condescension. I wasn't rude in my question, I simply asked a question to help decide what I wanted to order. I asked one other question and she told me the answer was on the menu. Which it was not. Then after a brief conversation she asked about my religious beliefs which I refused to answer. But she pressed on. In the end, the food was very good but I won't tolerate being treated like this. There are plenty of other good restaurants that I will give my money and be treated with common courtesy. Other reviewers discuss how nice Mariah is. I suppose she needs to figure out why she treats some customers so well and others not so much"
