"The food here tasted great. But they added a charge to my order, which I didn't approve of when I submitted my order online thru Uber Eats. When I called to ask why they told me that the prices are higher than Uber Eats advertises and that I need to contact them to get my money back. Needless to say it was a hectic ordeal that got straightened out after about 2 weeks. So double check when ordering so you don't get any surprise charges."

"OMG!!!! I went to Browns yesterday and they're amazing. I accidentally left my pocketbook. My life is the money. I didn't know until Wed Morgen I didn't. I tried to contact the store and found out they were open at 10:00. Long story short they found my purse and they put it aside to me. Everything was in there as I had. Nothing is missing. I appreciate the Browns Chicken family so much for what they did and their honesty. Happy to know that there are still good honest people. I would like to thank you all. I will definitely be again very soon!!!! You are great!!!! I will spread the word over you!"
