"I visited Kouzina for the first time last night and left feeling quite annoyed. I specifically ordered the lamb souvlaki because the person behind the counter assured me it was "fresh lamb that they had just prepared and it’s so good!" Instead, I received a chicken souvlaki with my order. I definitely won’t be returning; the grilling took far too long, and I noticed many "OUT" stickers on the menu board. As another reviewer pointed out, the tzatziki was watered down. It felt like they intentionally swapped my kabob. I regret tipping so generously, thinking I was doing the right thing."
