"I’m excited to come back to The Village Pub once they figure out their customer service. There are numerous servers on numerous occasions who treat our group with complete disrespect. I feel like I’m in trouble being here. This is a 21+ bar and we are frequently chastised for being in the company of friends and walking around a bar to mingle with others. Sounds like there needs to be a reevaluation of expectations from management to their staff. There seems to be a lack of understanding that customer experience is a central component of dining. It’s unfortunate that a neighborhood bar doesn’t treat its neighbors with respect. Plenty of great spots in Nashville I’ll happily spend my money at, no longer the pub."
