"Wonderful experience here on New Years Eve! The atmosphere was excellent, very laid back and enjoyable. We had the Oscar filet and lobster ravioli, both of which were incredible and we will be ordering again. But the real highlight of our night was our server Adam. He really went above and beyond to make sure that our whole dining experience was a 10/10! His prompt attention to our every need, as well as his positive attitude and professional demeanor will definitely have us coming back soon!!!"

"I picked up a call order for my children today and I was driving a little early, but decided to come to the parking lot and wait for him anyway. Before I even parked, I was greeted by the TOGO staff with my bag and a smile. it was very neatly packed and costly. "I have dined here several times always had a wonderful experience. Took my daughter out yesterday for lunch. The hostesse was getting ready to prepare the two tables right across from us for a table of 8. I politely asked her if she wouldn't seat them directly across from us. It was about 8 tables down from us that could be placed the exact same way we just not directly across from us. She said ok then marched off to clean the other table so she could seat the party of 8. In the mean time a coworker ask her what's going on. She whispers and looks bk at me. By this time I am staring at these two ladies talk about me. I was upset but continued with my meal. Paid for my food and tipped my waitress. It wasn't her fault that the hostesses is disrespectful and obviously has no customer service skills. If you wanted to talk about a customer, do it where they can't hear you. I won't be back and the look of it doesn't look like you can stand to loose customers."

"Omgosh, my husband and I ordered the recording. We have the best ribbeds and pumices. And bread sticks with white diving sauce. Lord! Mercy the breadsticks and white diving sauce for so delicious that we get each our own order later at night and we ate them for dinner. Best bread sticks and white diving sauce, whatever this sauce was to collect the compliments and they were the most delicious I've ever eaten in my whole life if you have the chance to go to Applebee's and get bread sticks and white sauce to dip it, I'm not sure if it was a cheese sauce or Alfredo sauce with cheese but it wasn't me!"

"This is my chosen place to have a good filling meal and great drinks in a clean and friendly environment. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and fast. One special quality I see in them is they some how chose the right moment to come by to take order and always ask if I need more time. Even after we are well into our meal they would keep an eye out when they are serving near by tables. I am listing these out to make a point the attentiveness I get is phenomenal. This is one place I don't go broke buying drinks. The perfect Margarita for example is a full tumbler easily three drinks. You must try the new Strawberry Margarita!! It is quite lovely. I like their menu as I get to experience many grilled items. My favourite is Chicken with charred Shrimp. It is well done, flavourful and well worth the money. Their burgers are meant for hungry people! It is very good. The card readers on the tables ensure safety of the customer's debit or credit cards. This feature is very important and remove unnecessary burden on servers of being responsible for debit/credit cards and eliminate fraud or claims. Overall, I am very happy with their food and service. I recommend this location whether it a rushed lunch or an extended lunch or supper/dinner. You would sure want to visit again."

"I had a delightful dining experience at the restaurant. It was clean and well-maintained. Our server, Jamie, was outstanding—she was attentive and made sure our water and iced tea were always topped up. The meal was delicious; I ordered the Lime chicken, which came in generous portions. Although our fries were initially cold, they were quickly replaced with hot ones. Overall, it was very good. Our total bill came to $27 for dinner, including drinks."

"We brought our grandchildren to dinner today, October 8th, 2023. After ordering drinks - 2 sodas, 2 teas, and 1 chocolate milk - we were informed that they were out of everything we had requested. When we asked if our 6-year-old granddaughter could have penne noodles with her meal, as that was all she wanted, we were denied. We ended up spending $80 and found the management at this location to be both incompetent in ordering supplies and rude. The service for dine-in was disappointing overall."

"Another family favorite. Plenty of flavor, variety and deliciousness for all involved. The staff was friendly, CJ, was her name if I remember correctly. She did great. Kept our drinks filled. Our food came out hot and fresh, with plenty left over for a midnight snack. Didn 't drink from the bar but the grill was outstanding. As we were leaving a staff member opened the door and held it for us as she wished a great night, in which we did have. We will be return. In the words of the Terminator, 'I 'll be back! '"

"Couldn't even get seated. No one at the door to greet or seat. When someone finally did come from the back, looked like she had been cleaning something. She looked at us, and said give me a minute Walked to the other side of the bar (which looked non-functional, no bartender or patrons)and proceeded to clean it. There were other clean areas to be seated at. After waiting, decided to leave. No stars!!"

"I love Applebee's, but I had a frustrating experience on February 3rd, 2023, at 6:30 PM. When I returned from the restroom, I found that my table had been cleared. I was still in the middle of my meal, and I had already paid $42.00 plus tip for my food and drink. I informed the server that I was still eating, but she insisted there was no food on the table, even though I had more than half of my meal left when I stepped away. It was disappointing to have my dining experience interrupted like that."
