"I ordered food from this restaurant and it was fried too crispy! The food was fresh but overly cooked, almost like eating potato chips. I prefer my food cooked, but not to the point of being overdone. I could only eat the okra, which was also very crunchy. It would be better if they removed the meat a minute or two earlier than usual. It was also disappointing that they don't fix incorrect orders when mistakes are made. #IDidNOTOrderFishCHIPS"

"They put lemon pepper seasoning on everything your fries, your fish, your cheese, sticks, your hush puppies you’re a chicken it’s like every box you open up Has lemon pepper seasoning on it. Sometimes they over excessively do it even without you asking I think it should be optional but with them it’s not, and when you bring the other back, they get aggressive and mad."

"Service was horrible! Sixty minutes after I ordered/paid they told me they didn't have a order for me, they later found it. This is after they called my name twice to state my order was ready (by mistake). My order took over 90 minutes and the chicken wasjust ok. I would not go back and do not recommend!"

"I do like there food BUT the location is looking a little crunchy. ? I hope they are sanitizing well.The drive up window needs a wipe down and the old tape removed.One caution: I used a card there back a while to buy my physicians office a surprise lunch.Several weeks later I had fraudulent charges on that card.I didn't vet it... to pin it on them (charges were reversed by the card company).BUT I hadn't used that card in years (my emergency use only), the fraudulent charges were made in Southfield at a store which is 10 mins from that Captain Jay's location, and the charges were for a female item which it was a young girl that processed my payment that day.If you visit this location pay in cash. ?"
