Having worked in the food industry for five years, I know my way around chicken. This chicken was hot but tasted old and greasy, leaving a horrible texture. The manager wouldn’t listen to my complaints, and when I tried to speak louder, she just hung up on me.
This place really needs to improve. I ended up wasting ten dollars."
