"Hello, I hope the owner of the restaurant reads this. I had another very disappointing experience at this KFC drive-thru, this time with a woman named Sharon who had a terrible attitude. Just like before, there was no one behind my car, yet they still made me park for no reason and wait. The manager who was there today was the same one who treated me poorly last time, and it seems like he may be racist. Today, he instructed the cashier to make me wait again while serving other cars that arrived after me. Thanks to the manager's influence, the workers were disrespectful to me as well. This happened just a few minutes ago on Wednesday, 06/07/2022 at 8:03 pm. I doubt they will listen to me, but if others report similar experiences, maybe they will pay attention to this manager and Sharon. With few customers, they were not efficient and only pretended to be fast by making cars move around unnecessarily. I have never had a bad experience at any other KFC restaurant before."
