"Have tried going there 4 times. One time, I waited 30 minutes. Intercom system did not work, and when I got to the window they were out of Cole slaw and biscuits. Another time, they were OUT OF CHICKEN! The two times I was able to get food (after waiting a long time) the food was old and cold. Never again!"

The chicken was hot and tender, and the fries were fresh and hot as well. The packaging was neat and included napkins and condiments. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by."

"Ordered in the drive thru no one was there and was asked to go around the front to wait for the chicken. I parked they brought the food which the strips were cold so I?m guessing the popcorn chicken was hot. Missed to bring utensils, napkins and theranch. Go inside got totally ignored even thought they saw me. Kept talking to each other and I said excuse me. Nothing so Iraised my voice and said it again. This is not my first experience here that?s been bad but it will be my last. If I acted likethat at my job I?d have no job. Follow the and acting like you care is important."

"830 on a Friday night and can not order any type of offered, they cause all frozen together with chicken cums all frozen . can not get white meat for 2 price, unless they want to wait 16 minutes. "bad customer service ever. had a really bad experience for the first time, but decided to give them a second chance anyway. apparently they have a habit to make people in the car-dru park in the front and forget them. had to enter after my order and found people who were standing around when no one was in the car or in the load. "I am horribly disappointed with how bad this location has become. For my last several visits, the orders have been low quality; mis-prepared; or flat out wrong. For instanceI ordered an 8pc meal/extra crispy. I received 5 small original legs; 1thigh, and one wing. Not only was the order NOT an 8 piece meal; not extra crispy; no variety expected in any 8 piece order; they gave me a wrong side. Today, they messed up a simple 2 piece meal by NOT giving me what I ordered (dark meat IS NOT white meat), and forgetting part of my meal. This restaurant has severely gone downhill in recent months. Obviously not being well managed"
