"If you want to eat at a Joe’s Crab Shack, then the location at South Plainfield NJ, is the one to go to. Of course the food tasted incredible, but just as important, the management went way above and beyond, to ensure our visit was enjoyable. We had people in our party who had shellfish allergies, and even though the management could have easily taken the easy way out, and said there’s nothing that could be done, but they didn’t. Jeff, the kitchen manager, personally came to our table to ensure the allergies were properly addressed and accommodated. Let me say, that in the current world, where customer service is usually disregarded, kudos to Jeff, for taking pride in his restaurant, and letting us recognize that at Joe’s Crab Shack, customer service is not dead. Keep up the great work!"
