"My husband and I live locally and have never tried this fabulous restaurant. What a find! This was the best dinner and dining experience I have had in a very long time. As soon as we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted and seated. Much to my surprise, the ambiance was so nice and topped off by beautiful piped in music. Hot delicious garlic knots and rolls were put on our table. I love bread and had them bring several more baskets..My request was taken care of within minutes...As a matter of fact, the busboy saw how much I liked the bread that after the third Can you bring us another basket request , he immediately asked me if he should heat up more while I ate that basket? I couldn 't believe it..Such attentiveness was so refreshing!! Now for the actual meal: Our waiter (Marco) went over the day 's specials and was so helpful with suggestions.I ordered an appetizer of eggplant rollantini...It was the best I have ever had. I do not love red sauce, but the red sauce at Pirandello is in a category all its own.It was fabulous! My husband ordered the capellini caprese with shrimp. Unbelievably delicious!! I ordered chicken francese but customized it to my liking..It too was fabulous...Three delicious, tender,chicken cutlets in the best francese sauce I have ever had. I opted for the side of mixed vegetables. Vegetables were cooked perfectly. Our dinner was topped off with cappuccino and complimentary biscotti. Again, both were the best I have ever had. I must note, service was unbelievable. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Marco was terrific (I will definitely request him again). Kathy introduced herself to us and we all chatted for a while. My husband and I noticed she made it a point to say hello to everyone and really spent time making all diners feel they are important and special. Obviously, we will be back to Pirandello real soon and plan on becoming regulars to this very special restaurant. If you want to have a great meal and wonderful dining experience, try this (restaurant). You Won 't be disappointed!"
