"Tonight was the worst pizza experience I can remember. It might be a tie with Little Ceasars. They actually gave me an old pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas and the cheese one was clearly a left over they didn't sell off of the by the slice counter earlier in the day. It looks like they put it back in the oven and the outer part of the pizza was sort of melted and the middle was matted down like the left overs that you would pull out of the fridge the next day. It wasn't even hot. The other pie, while was a little more recently cooked, it had garlic chunks the size of almonds throughout. I would have gone with 1 star, but gave 2 for mercy due to having had a decent pizza in the past from here. I won't be back as this is more like strike 5 and not my first unsatisfactory experience here."

"I ordered lunch and discussed a Philly cheesesteak with a staff member. When my order arrived, I didn't check the contents right away as I was busy working and planned to eat it for dinner. Later, I realized that the Philly cheesesteak was missing from the bag. I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing item and was told that it was never included in the order because it was not written down correctly. I had to pay an additional delivery fee to have the Philly cheesesteak sent to me, and the manager was not available to speak to me. It was frustrating to have to pay extra for the mistake of the restaurant's staff. Additionally, the pizza I ordered was overly salty."

"They're human, they made a mistake on our order, but they made it right! The measure of a company is not if they make mistakes but how they handle mistakes when they happen. This place is top notch in my books and they'll be seeing us again. Good pizza. My fave was their white pizza, then the margherita. The pineapple and cheese were a tad too salty for my liking. Don't plan on dining-in, all the tables are outside. Prices were very reasonable, place was clean,staff were friendly. This place has great management!!"

"Can never get my sandwich right. Act like rocket science to make a Ruben sandwich. Tell them 100 times NOT A PANNI AND 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES GET IT WRONG! Their half wit woman that act like it's their 1st day everyday and take forever to get order…go anywhere but here for a sandwich Completely Incompetent group of employees"
