"Probably a 3.5, but food changes have been made correctly, the Whataburgers usually melt, so they get 4 stars. Negative: I used the app and entered ca. 15 minutes after the order, what 5 minutes after the app said it would be ready. There is a sign that online order pickup says, but no one maintenance this line so you need to wait in the order line. Unfortunately, they trained someone so that the line lasted forever. When I came to the counter, it was 25 minutes since the order. Guess what? Food wasn't ready to wait for almost 10 minutes. What is the purpose to place an online order (and pay before time) when you have to wait in the line and wait for it to show up AFTER? It took 35 minutes to get the food that I might have just waited in the car thru. Pros: The new Südburger is tasty and the sides were hot as I had to wait for them to be made. The changes I made in the app have actually been followed, which is usually not the case for Whataburgers."
