"Worst customer service experience ever! This place is run by a mother and daughter. The incompetent daughter runs the register. First off ask for a receipt because they dont give you one. I ordered regular size drinks and they charged me for Large. Second they added a service fee onto the bill without telling you. Lastly the worst thing I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant. I clearly told the girl behind the counter no sour cream My daughter was standing right next to me when I did. The burrito came with sour cream so I went up to the register and told the girl I asked for no sour cream. She began to argue with me and said you didnt say that! Then her mother who is doing the cooking began to argue with me and I had to go back and forth with them. I should have asked for my money back at that time but I felt the way they argued they were not going to anyway. I told them that is not customer service! First off dont call me a liar I did say no sour cream and when I told her she should have just remade the burrito without argument. She started saying that food prices are up. I said you should never treat a customer like that! Food also was so bland and disgusting I would not have come back anyway! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!"
