"I had an issue with a DoorDash delivery from Milano 's Pizza, Subs Taps last month. They delivered my food to my neighbor, and I was less-than-impressed with the sub that I ordered. The manager, Larry, saw my post and said that I could call him. I did just that, and he offered to make it right on a future order. This was above and beyond, because the problems were mostly on DoorDash, and my personal preference of not liking their bread. He also explained to me that they have a soft roll that I could substitute for the traditional hard roll. I tried a chicken Philly on a soft roll, and the bread absolutely made a difference for me! I have to note that this sub is exactly like my last one, with all of the toppings on the outside, so I 'm not really sure what 's happening in their sub making process! I also had a spring salad that was really good. I didn 't love the artichoke dip. It wasn 't bad, but I 've had better. I also want to give a shout out to the cashier who was taking orders that night. I didn 't get his name, but he was amazing. The poor kid was new, and I 'm asking him about an account credit, if they can make things that aren 't on the menu, and for the soft roll, and he had to put me on hold every time to ask! He apologized and said that he was new, but he was so kind through all of my questioning. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, he was on the phone with someone asking about their hours. The person called 15 mins before close. He was telling them that it was still okay to place an order, and explaining that the kitchen closes 30 mins before the restaurant. If that had been me, I totally would have said, Okay, bye! and avoided that last minute order! He really was a stand-up employee! Between him and the manager, I 'm more than happy to give this place my business!"

"My wife and I were looking for breakfast in-between our granddaughter's first time being a cheerleader at her 1st game of the year, and our grandson's second year playing football. We had a little over an hour to kill and stumbled upon this great little place in Grayson. The place was packed, but we were second on the seating list and were seated in less than 7 minutes. Something I observed while waiting for our food to arrive was how efficient the staff was. Within seconds of a table coming open, it was immediately cleaned and prepped for the next customer. The entire time we were there, there was never an empty table. The hostess literally walked people to their table before the previous customer could leave the restaurant, they were that good and efficient. I know a lot of restaurants that should visit this great restaurant and learn a few things. Sorry, I know I'm supposed to be talking about the food, quality, etc. but I just had to mention this, it's just to outstanding to leave it out. OK, the food was not your typical pancake house food. This is not Waffle House or IHOP, it's much, much better. My wife's grits were perfectly cooked, not runny, but not overcooked either, just perfect texture, I wish I had ordered some. Our bacon was crisp but not burnt, just how we asked for them. My over-medium eggs were also just perfect, yolk still runny but whites completely cooked. So let's run it down, great efficient staff, a cook who knows how to follow the waitress' order and knows how to cook, pay at the table when ready to leave, I don't know what else you need to have a wonderful breakfast experience!"
