"I ordered through DoorDash and they gave me the wrong order and when I called back the manager yelled at me and was trying to cut me off as I was trying to explain to her what was going on with my order. 1. If you can’t take accountability for your store mistake then close shop 2. Make the customer the correct order instead of trying to just offer a refund maybe I just want the food I order this clearly says a lot about the customer service skills that are lacking. 3. "I'm new to this area. Trying new restaurants can be frightening. This place is the absolute best Chinese food I've ever had. The service is great. The delivery people are always polite and always quick. I am not paid to say this. Just really great food. The quality here never fades. The food is always perfect and plenty for the cost. I won't order from anywhere else"
