"I ordered through DoorDash and they gave me the wrong order and when I called back the manager yelled at me and was trying to cut me off as I was trying to explain to her what was going on with my order. 1. If you can’t take accountability for your store mistake then close shop 2. Make the customer the correct order instead of trying to just offer a refund maybe I just want the food I order this clearly says a lot about the customer service skills that are lacking. 3.
