"Family meal for Mother's Day ... We all enjoyed the buffet! All food was quite delicious! The service was not quite what I would've expected for the reputation, caliber, and price of the restaurant $95/person for Mother's Day brunch). I wondered if maybe the staff is used to members knowing exactly how everything works, but never having been to The Crescent Club, we were unaware of the lay of the land and the procedures to follow. We had to ask where to go for the buffet; we had to flag down servers/whoever we could find for drinks/refills multiple times; we had to ask for dishes to be cleared; we had to ask for additional flatware. And finally, we had to flag someone down to get our bill. As I said, the food was outstanding, and the view was lovely, but the subpar service was disappointing."
