"Ok. So an edit on the below. And a few star increase. The main store is good! Its the “not official” H& R block cafe that doesn’t get the same training or have the same formulas. Good cappuccino here Super friendly, good music, nice place.. but my 3 stars is on the cappuccino. Really disappointed. Mostly milk. Couldn’t taste the coffee. As a “snob” the ratio was way off. Was too hot so the foam was quite large thick and the “art” was super faint because of that. . I guess I was hoping or something special out of KC and didn’t get it here. It went in the bin after the photo. On to the next of 3 stops to continue my café tour. This location was in the H&R building. I suspect the recipe is the same for the main location however. Edit: as an alternative, I liked Messenger better. No... I don’t work for them. I live in CA. Just passing through..."
