"This is the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to yet! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by an employee working hard cleaning up but stopped to welcome me. Was told to be safe by the manager when I was about to leave! And just before I got to the door to walk out another employee hollered out to have a good night! This team on November 28th around 9pm are awesome and home run hitters! This crew deserves some recognition at the least!"

"I had never used the drive-thru at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen before, but on a cold and rainy evening after work, I decided to pick up some Popeyes chicken for my family. When I arrived, I was surprised to see a line of about eight cars ahead of me, so I prepared myself to be patient. I placed an order for 10 pieces of chicken at the speaker and mentioned I had a coupon with a discount code. To my surprise, the cashier accepted the discount without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised again when the discounted price was honored at the cash register. I was also happy to receive a voucher for a future visit to enjoy more of Popeyes' delicious chicken. Their hot apple pie is also a favorite of mine!"

"I once again received good food at this restaurant. However, the chicken sandwich that my wife ordered was missing, and I live too far away to go back and complain to the staff who didn't get the order right in the first place. Unfortunately, this is the only Popeyes location in the area. I enjoy their food, but the staff at this restaurant seems to be deterring me from coming back. This has happened to me twice before. Additionally, you cannot check your order before leaving, you can only drive through. Zaxby's has better service and they always get your order right."

A young man who cooks the name Tim there was very kind, he came to my car and apologized, asked me if I could wait for another order to make sure that I would be satisfied. The guy who picked up his food earlier came to the window because he didn't get his Mac and his cheese. He didn't get a Mac and cheese. was calculated for red beans. Didn't get them either. We were on the window and he came between my car and the window. The workers told him to come into the window. While I was on the window. I know the work is hard to come. Could close the store, too. You don't get what you pay for anyway. I hate seeing it. Popeyes used to be so good."

"I'm a huge Popeyes fan, especially for the spicy chicken sandwich and their cajun fries with blackened ranch, but I've always been displeased with the general service from their establishments. However, this location, hands-down, is the most professional and efficient I've seen. Only Popeyes where the line moves along fairly fast and I've never had to wait outside the building for my food to come out after going through the drive-through. They've never messed up my orders either. It's a bit out of the way from where I live, but kind of worth the drive. So much better than the other Vancouver locations."

"I got the new chicken bugs here the other day and they were perfect! They were boiled directly with good taste and they were mild. My toddler loved her too and she's hard to please. I got the same from another location in Montgomery and it was terrible. We definitely come to this place, although the other location is more convenient. The other layer over boiled the nuggets and they were spicy, very strange they were like dark brown instead of golden. I hope this place doesn't change how they cook their nuggets."
