"This place is awesome and if I could give them more stars they would have them. The staff are beyond awesome. I believe the ownets themselves actually serve you. The dishes arrive hot and plentiful My sister and I have always had to get to go boxes and the staff will put the food in them in front of you. They ate friendly and very good at not overwhelming you by always checking on you but they are there when you need them. They have a huge menu and the place inside is very well decorated. Prices are fair and worth every penny. I say go for the food and stay for the company. By the way you can hear the cook(s) cutting and cooking your food."

"If I get to Brownwood, I'm eating here every time. Fried catfish was excellent. They let me order the child's plate and it is plenty of food for one person. Clean and great service. Set up like fast food, you order at the counter, but they bring the food to your table."

The food is amazing, and the atmosphere and people are great!!It’s a small, quaint restaurant with entrance off of Pearl Street a nice to walk alley off of Gay Street and just off High Street.They offer gluten free and vegan options and are happy to accommodate requests. "This is our favorite restaurant in Poulsbo, or anywhere within 50 miles. The food is fresh-cooked and flavorful, and the ingredients are authentic. The menu is varied and there are Dinner Sets with 5 or 6 courses with 11 or 12 dishes to choose between.Nan is the cook and half owner of this restaurant. She is so talented and inspired, and also friendly. "Delicious fried Catfish filets!!! Very good fried okra and the fried green tomatoes are good as well. I'm not a fan of the onion rings though. The slaw is mayo based (also good) Fried chicken livers are extremely good!! The Jumbo fried shrimp are JUMBO. The ambiance is lacking however."

"I ordered dinner for 2, category A. The Chef kindly substituted Kung Pao for the deep fried Garlic or House chicken offerings. The chicken we received was great but needed more veggies and perhaps more spice. The Mongolian beef was also flavorful. I wiuld prefer a few more peppers and onions in the mix but thats just me. The soup we received was bland compared to other times Ive had it in the restaurant but its sizzling rice. So better in person. The dumplings were pure Dynasty quality. So good! I enjoyed this. Good price value too! I also like their shu mai dumplings, stuffed egg plant, Chinese broccoli (gai lan, different from US broccoli this is more like Brocolini). I would order here again anytime."

"The food was amazing and came out piping hot! The red beans and rice?? Well let me say they were scrumptious! The staff were so nice and the place was so clean. They even offered to let me try the gumbo after I said I bet it’s as good as your red beans and rice. The hush puppies were very tasty. We will be back to this restaurant!"
