"There are certainly many positives about this location. The staff have been friendly, and the grilled food is quite enjoyable. However, any visit can quickly become disappointing if you order a Blizzard. My go-to choice is the Snickers Blizzard, which should have just a hint of chocolate syrup. Unfortunately, they tend to add far too much syrup, resulting in a consistency more akin to a milkshake than ice cream. It ends up being excessively thin and overwhelmingly chocolate-flavored. I've visited various Dairy Queen locations across several states, and none of them have made it this way. Typically, a Snickers Blizzard has a creamy white color with chunks of candy, but here it looks more like they used chocolate ice cream from a malfunctioning soft serve machine. When they serve it upside down, it even spills down the sides of the cup. Additionally, they often don’t fully mix the Blizzard; I recently ordered a large Heath Blizzard that was only mixed halfway down. I experienced the same issue with a medium Butterfinger Blizzard a couple of weeks ago. Until management ensures that the staff are properly trained to prepare Blizzards, I can't justify returning to this location."
