"You will not regret eating these noodles! I have been eating here for many years. Their beef noodle soup is delicious and today I returned with a good friend to sit down and eat lunch like the good 'ole days. They have reduced capacity due to current distancing requirements but it was nice to have a sit down meal out again. The fact it was such a delicious bowl of noodles made it that much better. The noodle master (shi fu) has been there for many years and continues to create the noodles to your specifications. I believe he can turn dough into over 7 distinct noodle textures! So if you like liguini noodles, get the medium flat. If you like spaghetti, get the medium round. I hope you get the idea. The onion pancake was a great addition as well. The staff is very helpful so if your Chinese vocabulary is limited, they will walk you through the menu choices. Come on by and support this worthy eatery!"
