"Best ever and so easy! Peter suggested a vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet dinner for 24 people 2 days before my son 's birthday party, delivered it on time and food was adored by all. We had vegetarian lasagna with tossed salad, chicken with fresh tomatoes and delicious sauce, pasta with asparagus and sun dried tomatoes. Parmesan, salad dressings and garlic bread were served on the side. I ordered more than he suggested and now realize he was the EXPERT. I never even met him to tip him. Food was just put into oven on warm and no sterno or special serving platters needed. Also, no knives were needed, important for guests eating off their laps. The food was spectacular and the catering effort was seamless."
