"I ordered a wet burrito and the grinder special after. When i got there they said they didnt have any beans so they couldnt make it. I said so make a beanless wet burritto. So my grinders and fries sat under a heat lamp for 40 minutes. When i got home the wet burrito had no sauce over the top as a “wet” burrito should, and the meat inside looked like a very sloppy joe. So i take it back and asked where the sauce was. She said “its right there i personally put sauce on it”. Well when you pit sauce on anything and cook it there is sauce either baked on or stained into the food. The girl said “its a new sauce and it disappears when you cook it”."

"After walking across the bridge in Kentucky, we stopped for pizza, and it was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were incredible, and the crust was superb. The cheese pizza was topped with an abundant amount of cheese, making it a delight. We also tried the meat lover's pizza, which was outstanding. It’s a great little pizza spot. My wife really enjoyed her beer, and the service was excellent as well. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!"

"This beautiful restaurant has left the best impressions! The ambience is very welcoming and charming. My family’s favorites are the music in the pool table room with the popcorn machine. We love the creative decor. Really such an awesome atmosphere for either, a date night for my husband and I, or a family night. They have a large outdoor patio or comfy booths for indoor seating. I love the beautiful chandeliers all around this restaurant perfect for a romantic date night. The food is amazing ! The Szechuan green beans is to die for! IT WAS FIRE!! My husband and kids love this place. The manager Jake goes out of his way to always interact with our family and our kids just love him. The service we received was amazing, the staff truly cares about your experience. We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from my home. Can’t wait to return and enjoy the outside patio all summer long with the family. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking a fun and delicious meal as well as welcoming and happy atmosphere."

"I had never heard of this restaurant before, so I decided to check it out. The woman who served me seemed disinterested in helping me. She seemed annoyed that I was unsure of what to order since it was my first time there. The food was tasty, but on the pricey side. It's not a big loss that this restaurant isn't in my area. One visit was sufficient."

"Terrible customer service experience at this restaurant! I called at 7pm to confirm their hours and was told they were open until 9pm, as indicated on their Google listing. When I called back at 8pm to place an order for pickup, a rude girl answered the phone and abruptly told me they were closed before hanging up on me. I called again, only to receive the same disrespectful treatment. When I tried for a third time to speak with the gentleman I had initially spoken to, the phone went to a full mailbox. This is a highly unprofessional way to conduct business. I will not be returning and suggest exploring other dining options before considering this establishment."

"Amazing experience tonight. Obviously the pizza was delicious! We walked in and ordered a pizza to take out and were told it would take 20mins. We let them know we were heading to Pearls for a quick drink and would come back in 20mins and pick up the pizza. To our total delighted surprise, they walked the pizza, plates and napkins over to us in Pearls! Fantastic customer service!"
