"Ordered by Seamless. The order arrived a little early, what I was excited about? until I opened it and a third of the order was missing. They called the restaurant and claimed that the driver had gone out without the missing pieces. They could not reach the driver and said they would send one of their own delivery drivers if they did not return Seamless drivers and that they would call us with a status update. One hour later, no update and no delivery. My fiancée went to the restaurant at the time because we really wanted the missing food we paid for. Of course, the driver showed up when he was gone? no apology from her or from the restaurant, and no explanation why they did not call to tell us it was on the way finally, as they assured us they would. And the restaurant did nothing to make things right would have thrown into something extra for trouble. I think twice before ordering from here.
