"This is the first time today. Try a variety of products to make a feel for the menu (and lunch for tomorrow-LOL). The house special soup was very good. Vegetables were cooked without losing consistency, and the broth was clean. There was only enough meat to add a contrast. I also ordered an egg roll and a spring roll for appetizers. Both were deep fried and golden, but not excessively fat. Great taste! My wife had the sweet and sour chicken, and she said it was very good (she is not a huge Chinese food fan), and she would like to order it again. I had the Singapore Mei Fun to be extra sharp. The taste of the meat, along with the extra hot oil I demanded (almost not needed), made for an extremely satisfying dinner. Very good! I also ordered the house special fried rice (most of them will be for lunch tomorrow), and had a sample of it. The taste was Spot-on. Excellent taste without exaggerating. It was our first time to order here – so the time will tell if the quality changes. At least this time they did exceptionally good, and enough that it will be the next time for Chinese if we want it!"
