"We made reservations two days previous to our time, I understand itâs summer at the Jersey shore, and 7:30 is a prime seating time, but putting us next to the door/hallway, under an air vent , not so good. Especially when there were open tables next to the windows , or middle room, which had great views. The menu was very limited, which was surprising. All our meals were luke warm, again surprising. Our waitress was sweet, but seemed unsure about everything, Iâm thinking she was new, not surprised, every facility is short on staffing. We didnât order dessert or coffee, because we felt we could purchase both outside at a different venue where we could appreciate a better view. We brought our son and daughter in law here for a special dinner, as they are here from Germany. Weâve eaten here numerous times, although not since COVID. Special it was not, mediocre yes."
