"It was great. Fast on the hill. The first service was a call. The salad my employee ordered was wonderful and she was very happy with THAT. She also ordered a pepperoni pizza. Well... we all know that pepperoni can be a little fat.... but the pepperoni edges cranked up and was SOOOO GREASY that it LITERALLY 1/4 inch POOLS from GREASE in most of the peppers. My staff picked up Paprika and POURED pools from GREASE. My pizza was missing the precooked bacon, but because our waitress sat at the counter that played on her phone, I had to go to her my pizza. Another Gal took my pizza and directed it back to the chef. Then he put COLD precooked bacon on my pizza. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager (or whoever) said that "as we do. She had no interest in warming up all my pizzas and hitting them together! NONE! As for the records... the first two we were given had greasy Streaks and smeared on them. The same manager gave me two more. BONUS! The SECOND round of the plates had GREASE smudges AND CRUMBS!!! I finally wondered about paperboard and she gave me tiny little h 'or deurve records that I could fit ONE Pizza place at a time. After that, our waitress CLEARLY had an attitude with us. The sad part is that she showed her tude to my employee who didn't even complain about everything. I expected my bill and 20% tip to deliver better than $1 menu quality. WORST EVER! DON'T JUST DON 'T. I didn't even want to talk about what was wrong with MY Pizza?"

"I'm here after the online order. I was at this place before and never had any problems before. but this special time when I went to pick up my order, they said they had to see my ID to confirm that it was my order. because I was not aware of this new directive until I was in charge, I had neither my ID nor went back to my car to get it because I had my child with me, for whom the pizza was. I didn't expect me to have an identity check just to pick up my pizza. Once I said I didn't have my id, they told me they had to call my phone. what doesn't make sense is that they just looked at the online transaction reception I showed them from my phone. they refused to do this, they were very stubborn to call my phone, only confirm that I pick up the right person who picks up my order. when he saw my phone number, which was listed on the acknowledgement, was not ringing, they refused my pizza because they could not identify who I was after them. my phone was still so that at this moment I didn't know why I didn't see the load number calling. I suppose they had men in the past, who commanded steal. when I showed them the number they called from the advertisement in my call log, they refused my pizza that was already paid! but somehow when I asked about my refund, they were very willing to give me my refund without asking for the same id they needed for me to get my pizza. they did not mention that I called my phone to confirm who I was to make sure they returned money to the right person who ordered. that didn't make any sense!
