"Adding 15 gratuity when I'm picking up the food and barely interacting with your employees is highway robbery. How about raise your prices a little bit so YOU can pay your employees and not force that on your customers. How often are people tipping 30+ on takeout orders with you hiding fees. Also this location is not nearly as good as the EN location."
