"I have been there many times and up until now it was perfect This time they were a mess they were not ready. Made us wait for a reservation that was late in the day. They are special meal for the night was for courses they delivered them all at the same time The drinks have a certain presentation when I presented the same way they just came without the pouring and presentation in the past The second drink came without the garnishment They closed the bar to 12 on New Year’s Eve They came and brought the check without the dessert They never asked how anything was when I mentioned it to the manager about all the problems there was no offer to make any kind of accommodation I will truck this up to New Year’s Eve staffing issues and give it another shot because in the past they were great"
