"we came here to celebrate 2 of our loved ones who yesterday oma and mothersohn cubano has been a primer of nj. this is probably my 4th time here in the last 5 years. our experience was just okay. it is a beautiful place and service was good in overall value, but eating and drinks were very moderate. we started with the Sampler plate: pigs were underwhelmed, 3 pieces cheese and 3 croquettes croquettes, maybe 5 small pieces of pigs and 3 empanadas for $59 wow, not ok. the rice was hard and tasteless, tostones were pre-frozen tasting (confirmed by the waiter it is as they also make them) drinks were meh for $17, desserts were good. when the waiter brought our food to the table, the waiter accidentally spilled a soss that came with the laughter on our table while he served him, we understand how. but he had to clean it with antibacterial wipes (strong odour) because the sauce was orange and could stain the table. but due to the inconvenience no additional small service touch was given. there was also a moment in which all the servers might have been paved with a meeting, but this is very sticky and distracting to the restaurants as they had it in front of the dining room. inconsistent birthday experience some people got sparkles while we only traditional cakes and sing completely good I guess. the filet mignon meal that I had is as filet with a side of squash purée and Brussels spear for $49 I was very underwhelmed by my side, the more of a decoration for the steak (a little whirl of purée and 3 brunette) the steak was good. menu side parts are not replaceable. this place was earlier much more consistent and fabulous. it still has a lot of potential to do better, but it must begin with the food and drink. Good luck."

"The food was good! My go to here is the grilled romaine Ceasar salad, it's spectacular! I also had the gnocchi with butter and herbs, appitizer portion. The gnocchi was just OK. Coming from an Italian family, the gnocchi was not up to my personal standards, but it was good. My date had the dry aged rib eye. It came with mashed potatoes and broccoli and an entire head of roasted garlic. The rib eye was also good, but full of grizzle and a big fat end. We wouldn't get it again. Bread came with the meal, which was nice, the bread was good. It was served with a side of a balsamic tepenad of some sort and butter. The table we were sat at, was 2 foot by 2 foot. The plates barely fit on the table. Change your dinner ware so they at least for on the small tables. It was cramped at that table. No flowers on the table, definitely a man owned business. Overall, I would only go back for the salad. Dan, our server, was polite, professional and friendly. Dessert was the best part of the meal. Peanut butter bomb with a caramelized saltine under the bomb. And a lemon, blueberry marscapone dessert. It's a well run restaurant, the staff was organized and not harried. They knew what they were doing and they ran the restaurant well! Vegetarian options: Vegetarians will find plenty here Dietary restrictions: They will make it any was you like. Parking: Plenty of free parking Kid-friendliness: Not really a kid place Wheelchair accessibility: It's not easy to get in. Multiple steps."
